We travelled here with my in laws. We both booked a suite but were told they overbooked and none were available. We didn’t have enough beds for everyone despite booking and paying for them. My husband had to sleep on the floor

They over booked, so the room we ended up with had a king bed and a sleeper sofa, (we reserved 2 queen beds, already paid for by the way). When we pulled out the sleeper bed, a large pee stain right in the middle of it. Of course we complained and the staff gave us extra blankets to put on it, 🤦‍♀️ (the staff tried to help and we're sorry for the inconvenience). They said we were going to get compensated, but nothing yet.
