Confrontational staff always too busy chatting with the security guys smoking weed to help anybody. Dolores in particular was incredibly unpleasant! Nothing is clearly explained or written down which wastes time trying find it out and gamble whether you get a nice staff or nasty one with attitude. Unclear rules or explanations about night time security for main door. No information about getting your room cleaned. No do not disturb or please make up my room signs to put on your door. Cooked breakfast freezing cold and fake tasteless eggs. Some staff friendly ,but the majority all think they are more important than the guest. Chatting away with anybody rather than caring about their job. Not a very nice experience in general.

I stayed here by myself for a work conference and loved my little suite. With the exception of being double charged by a new employee (on accident and quickly resolved), this stay was smooth and comfortable!

Valet service is $45. I did not use that service and instead parked in a lot two blocks away (overnight around $11). The road next to the hotel was closed and the hotel did not give clear instructions on how to get there. Overall, the staff team was friendly.
