Property was nice. Good convenient location to downtown. Clean. Pretty. Staff at the desk were kind and helpful.
The valet parking was $55. One of the valet staff was nice, and helpful. Another was abrupt, rude, and unhelpful. It made us dread returning our vehicle to valet that night.

The room was great, breakfast was good, staff was friendly.
Understaffed or overwhelmed I’m not sure but waited over an hour and a half to check in due to rooms not being ready. Threw off the rest of the night.
