The best part of the hotel is the breakfast!! The food was fresh and tasty with a good variety. The breakfast staff kept everything clean and well-stocked.

The shower faucet was extremely difficult to turn. The evening front desk staff was not helpful, even after I told them I needed help turning on the faucet. I ended up with a cold shower on the first day due to a lack of help.

The faucet in the shower would not move without huge effort— weird. It was like it was stuck…and then the water was only warm—not hot. After traveling and not having a hot shower that was a major letdown. After shoving it all the way to the furthered point possible, it was still just warm. So disappointing. I wanted another hot shower the morning of my overnight train ride and didn’t have it. Anything else I can deal with—but not having a hot shower is a problem.

Location to Enterprise Center was good

Street closed next to it and had zero notification that you’d need to park in the street and valet if you wanted to park there. Check in took over 30 mins (not really even a long line; it was just chaos) and our shower didn’t work because someone had broke the handle.
