Front staff was extremely nice and helpful, had a wonderful time staying here.

My friend forgot her caricature in the room after we had checked out, we called to let them know and they let us come back to get it. After that I realized I had left my favorite sweater in the bathroom, I called to ask if I could come back to get it, they said they would let housekeeping know and to contact me back, I was going to miss my train so I showed up and they let me know they hadn’t found it. My friend says she remembers seeing it in the bathroom as well, so my sweatshirt was definitely there and I believe the housekeeping staff decided to keep it to themselves, I cried after knowing I couldn’t do anything about my sweater.

The location was convenient and the room was great.

Breakfast could have been better.

The breakfast was good and the room was as described.

No parking but valet parking that was an extra fee. There was only one valet on duty at a time.

Location to Enterprise Center was good

Street closed next to it and had zero notification that you’d need to park in the street and valet if you wanted to park there. Check in took over 30 mins (not really even a long line; it was just chaos) and our shower didn’t work because someone had broke the handle.
