About this cottage rental
Welcome to the Carl Reinecke holiday home! The 170 m² holiday home extends over 3 floors and is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults + 2 children from max. 3 years and is stylishly modernly equipped. It has a kitchen-cum-living room with adjoining terraces, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
• First floor�PGJyLz4
The living room offers generous glazing and a wide view over the fields and the lagoon, it offers enough space for eating together and sociable TV or game evenings. A large flat screen TV is at your disposal. The fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room has all standard appliances, such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. As a special extra, there is a Delonghi espresso machine with Nespresso tabs and electric milk frother. From this area you can access the two terraces (30m² in size) with a wonderful view of the countryside. For cozy barbecue evenings on the terrace, an electric grill is available. Also on the first floor there is a bedroom with a box spring bed (1.60x2.00 m) and flat screen TV as well as a small bathroom with sink, toilet and floor-to-ceiling shower.
• Upper floor
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms, one of them with a combination sauna, as well as the utility room with washing machine and dryer.
All bedrooms have a double bed (box spring bed 1x 1.80m & 1x 1.60m) and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, floor-to-ceiling shower and bathtub. The other bathroom also has a sink, toilet, floor-to-ceiling shower and additionally the combination sauna (oven and infrared). A hairdryer is also at your disposal. The bedrooms can also be darkened.
• Attic:
This is an open space that is very suitable as a play area for children, for example.
Free Internet access is available via the Wi-Fi router.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump and a central ventilation system with heat recovery, so a pleasant living climate is always guaranteed.
Children's travel cot and high chair can be ordered by telephone from the administrator for a fee, subject to availability.
The use of the sauna is already included in the rental price, please bring sauna towels with you or can be booked with the administrator for a fee.

In addition, there are two e-car charging stations on the site and parking spaces are also sufficient and free of charge. The large outdoor area is designed in the style of garden architecture and is partly surrounded by a planted boulder wall.
