Welcome to the Leonard Bernstein Vacation Home! This 163 m² vacation home, spread over 3 floors, is suitable for up to 8 adults and 1 child (up to 3 years old) and is stylishly and modernly furnished. It features a kitchen-living room with adjoining terraces, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
Ground Floor:
The spacious living-dining area on the first floor offers plenty of room for shared meals and cozy evenings watching TV or playing games. A large flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system are at your disposal. The fully equipped kitchen-dining area features all standard appliances, such as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven with built-in microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. From this area, you have direct access to the two terraces with a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery. A Weber electric grill is available for cozy barbecue evenings on the terrace. Also located on the first floor is a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and floor-to-ceiling shower.
Upper Floor:
The upper floor features three additional bedrooms with TVs, as well as two bathrooms. All bedrooms feature a double bed (box spring beds: 2x 1.80 m & 1x 1.60 m). The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The other bathroom also has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and a washer-dryer. A hair dryer is also available for your use. The bedrooms can also be darkened.
1 travel crib and 1 high chair are available free of charge in the house.
Attic:
This space has been converted and is suitable, for example, for your children to play in.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a central ventilation system with heat recovery ensuring a comfortable living environment at all times.
An additional crib can be ordered from the property manager for a fee. Free internet access is available via the Wi-Fi router.
One dog with a shoulder height of up to 30 cm is permitted.
The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added for a fee.
