With four cozy bedrooms and five bathrooms, the house is ideal for families or small groups of up to eight people. Of particular note is the single-story design, which makes your stay especially comfortable for families with small children or guests with limited mobility. The modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, and generous counter space, is perfect for cooking and dining together.

The bright living room with direct access to the patio is perfect for relaxing with friends or family., Whether it’s breakfast together, game night, or reading in the afternoon sun—everyone will find their favorite spot here. The 600 m² garden is ideal for playing, sunbathing, or simply taking a deep breath. Three private parking spaces on the property offer convenience from the very first day of your vacation. Even though the Wi-Fi isn’t currently suitable for intensive work or streaming, it’s sufficient for basic uses—ideal for a relaxing digital break.

The vacation home is idyllically situated in a small village on Usedom, away from the hustle and bustle, yet with excellent access to shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities.
