My stay was okay; but I would like to note that I fell outside of the building near the ramp leading to the parking lot and I could not get anyone to take an incident report. I had to be transported to the emergency room via EMS. The sink in the bathroom was broken, the toilet seat was broken and too small for the toilet. There were not enough towels and wash cloths for the stay. We ran out of toilet paper and we had problems getting into the building the first day. There were burn marks on the nightstand and a puncture on one of the head boards, the remote was missing the back and microwave rotating plate did not work and there were holes in the wall near the towel rack. We did not receive blankets for the pull out couch for our guest which was a huge inconvenience. It was extremely noisy throughout the night with banging and other disturbing noises. It’s not worth the nightly rate.
