Overall clean rooms and hallways. Nice furniture, microwave works perfect and spacious fridge.

Wish room service provided ice, the room got very cold at night.

My experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. There was no on-site customer support available to assist guests, and when my room access code failed to work, I had to wait more than two hours before I could enter my room. This was an unacceptable inconvenience after traveling. Additionally, the listing showed a full-size refrigerator, but the unit I received contained a much smaller refrigerator (like a larger size mini refrigerator) that did not adequately accommodate my groceries. I also expected to stay in the high-rise building featured in the promotional photos, but instead I was assigned to an adjoining three-story building, which appeared much older and did not reflect the accommodations I believed I had booked. The amenities also fell short of expectations. There was no access to local television channels or reliable internet service, preventing me from watching the 2026 Knicks Championship game except on my cellphone. The bathroom did not even have towel racks, which is a basic necessity in any hotel or extended-stay property. Overall, the accommodations did not match the images or expectations created by the online listing. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this property again. I would also recommend that management review the accuracy of its advertising, improve guest support by providing on-site assistance, and address the maintenance and amenity issues throughout the property. Given the number of similar complaints from other guests, these concerns appear to be ongoing and deserve immediate attention. In my opinion, the property did not deliver the level of quality or service that the name "Global Luxury Suites at the Arches" suggests.
