A modern approximately 175-square-foot private queen room in Central Harlem for up to three guests. Room 302 includes a queen bed for two and a compact single sleeper sofa for one additional guest—no air mattress is needed. The private bathroom has a shower only. Amenities include a Smart TV for guests’ own streaming accounts, complimentary Wi-Fi, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, blackout curtains, and independently controlled heating and air conditioning. IMPORTANT ACCESS: approximately 8 outdoor steps plus 17 interior steps are required—about 25 steps total. There is no elevator. Unique self-check-in keypad information is sent after verification. Shared backyard access is available 8:00 AM–10:00 PM; reaching it through the building requires approximately 31 interior steps. Check-in after 3:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM, two-night minimum, quiet hours 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No parties, smoking, vaping, or pets except trained service animals. No on-site parking, laundry, or daily housekeeping. Exterior and shared-area cameras record video only; no cameras are inside private accommodations. The Serene is represented and operated by the host as a New York City Class B accommodation intended for lawful transient occupancy.
Check-in after 3:00 PM; checkout by 11:00 AM. Primary guest must be 21 or older, complete verification, and stay at the property. Registered guests only; visitors require advance approval. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets except trained service animals. Shared backyard hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM.
