Modern and bright apartment in a residence with a swimming pool just outside the town of Augusta.
Located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment has a large living room furnished with a double sofa bed, television, and dining table. In the same room, there is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, and access to the balcony. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed and wardrobe and the second with a queen-size bed, television, and access to the balcony. A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer and a toilet complete the layout.
*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 31st of October. A swimming cap could be required.
*There are other accommodations inside the building.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
For relaxation and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best-equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and the unique white sand. Then, On the island of Ortigia, there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola, and the fisherman village of Marzamemi.
