About this villa rental

A homely spacious and comfortable villa a few steps from the seashore, ideal for swimming as the bay is sheltered from the prevailing winds. Balcony with view of the Brucoli village, mount Etna and sunset. Large garden and patio at the side and back with lots of space for parking. In a private gated complex with caretaker very near.

Lovely villa in the perfect location for the relaxing break that was wanted and everything that we needed was in the villa. Franco and Claudio really communicative and very informative of all the perks of the villa. Would definitely recommend and thank you to Franco and Claudio for everything.

Franco's villa was beautiful! We enjoyed our week long stay in this lovely setting! Franco and Claudio (caretaker) were very helpful and easy to contact. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. There are several outdoor areas sitting. We swam in the sea every afternoon. The beach is only a few steps down from the villa through a private gate. We were sorry to leave and would definitely rent this villa again.

Just perfect - the house, surrounding, garden, ocean, view and people!

We spent 8 great days with our 3 boys end of July and we really enjoyed everything! The only recommendation is to repair the double bed. Mattress is fine but the support planks under it need change. We should tell Claudio the caretaker who was so kind and helpful but since we had so great time we forgot it... If in Sicily well stay again.
