About this apartment rental
Our cozy apartment has a wonderful sea view and volcano on the bay of Saracen coast from where you can admire beautiful sunsets, is located in a residence with swimming pool and solarium, all overlooking the sea. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The residence is located within a large area where there are also a bar, a small supermarket, tennis courts for a fee.
Apartment furnished within the condominium the "Spiaggetta". The apartment consists of n. 2 double bedrooms, n. 1 single room, n. 1 single bedroom with second pull-out bed, all with roof fans, large living room with sofa bed and built-in kitchen and window screens, large selection of crockery, electric oven, toaster, nespresso machine and kettle, full bathroom with shower, second bathroom with shower and washing machine, terrace with sea view complete with awning, table, chairs and deckchairs, small sea games for children, direct access to the sea from the gate located a few meters from the apartment, beach reserved for the condominium with sand and pebbles. Free wi-fi is available, but since the house is in a wild area and below the street level there is not always a good reception.
N. 3 private and reserved parking spaces. Common condominium equipped with salt water pool, showers, deck chairs, umbrellas, chairs and tables. The swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September. Costa Saracena is an oasis of peace, the residence is immersed in a characteristic vegetation, the house overlooks a beautiful bay, the panorama is unique with fantastic views of the Gulf of Catania and Etna.
Access to the village is regulated by a concierge service, during the lunch break and at night, the gate remains closed, we will provide guests with a key card for the opening of the gate.
Guests will have access to the shared swimming pool and the descent to the private sea.
The house is completely available to guests, the check-in and check-out service will be done by me or by a person of my trust, for any request I remain always available and available, ready to intervene as soon as possible .

Nice apartment in a calm vicinity.
Maybe late September is a little off season, since the refurbishments of other flats in the building were going on and the paek season nearby service facilities were closed. We had a mixed pallette of weather, from wind and rain to bright sunshine.
But the sea was still lovely during the sunny days and with the help of our car it was a perfect base for exploring eastern Sicily!

Truly a spectacular spot. From the dining room window, you can see out over the sea, and from the terrace, a wonderful view of Mt Etna, and Catania beneath in its shadow. The apartment is modestly furnished, has comfortable beds, and is whisper quiet at night. Perfect place for a restful sleep. The beach below is a mix of sand and rock....and ia beautiful. Bit of a climb to get back, but well worth it. Private, quiet, and with clear clear water. The shower is fantastic. Large, with a great rainfall head...very comfortable. The only downside is that the place tended to smell of open drains throughout our stay. Not likely much the owner can do to mitigate this...it is what it is, but just know the scent is unpleasant. Not overwhelming, but unpleasant. It's also quite a drive to a supermarket, so stock the fridge well when you arrive. All in all, a wonderful place to relax, and we found it to be a good base for Catania, Siracusa, Ragisa, etc.
