Villa Vittoria - Waterfront house

Villa Vittoria is a beautiful property in a fantastic location, with an amazing view. The house itself has a lot of potential and we really wanted to enjoy our stay. Marco, who welcomed us, was also very friendly and responsive to our WhatsApp messages, which we appreciated. We were also welcomed by a gift box with little treats and basic food necessities (olive oil, salt, pepper, some pasta, etc) which was a very nice touch! Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay, most of which seem to relate to the management and maintenance of the property. We hope the owner is made aware of these, as they may not know how the villa is currently being managed.

Our first issue happened before we even arrived. After we had already fully paid for the villa through Booking.com, the agency managing the property asked us to pay an additional deposit directly through a separate payment link rather than through Booking.com. We found this concerning from a security perspective and contacted Booking.com to clarify the request. When Booking.com became involved, the agency denied having requested the payment, despite continuing to pressure us directly to pay it. We ultimately had to make several calls to Booking.com customer service before they told the agency that they could not request this payment from us. This was an unnecessarily stressful way to start our holiday and, in our view, not an appropriate way to manage an already fully paid Booking.com reservation. When we arrived, we discovered an issue with the sleeping arrangements. We were five people and had booked the villa expecting three separate sleeping areas. However, the sofa bed had not been prepared. When we asked for the sheets so that we could open it ourselves, we discovered that the sofas were actually broken and could not be opened properly. The agency had to come to the property to inspect them and confirm the problem. In the end, one person had to sleep on the broken sofa, which was particularly uncomfortable for a larger person. This was simply not the sleeping arrangement we had booked or expected. The bathrooms were another major issue. One of the two bathrooms is not really a fully functional shower, as there is no working holder for the shower head, meaning you have to hold it throughout the entire shower. In both bathrooms, the water constantly fluctuated between extremely hot and cold, making it very difficult to shower comfortably. In the upstairs bathroom, the fixed shower head was broken, while the holder for the handheld shower was also broken, leaving the shower head hanging very low and requiring you to hold it.

Bellissima casa, arredata molto bene. Bellissima vista dalla veranda. Condizionatori in tutte le camere, due bagni comodi, cucina funzionale e comoda. Abbiamo anche visto le stelle cadenti sul prato davanti la veranda. Pagata cauzione prima della partenza e ricevuta il giorno dopo senza problemi. L'host, Marco, è un ragazzo gentile, educato e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e profumati. Lavastoviglie e lavatrice comodissime.

Sarebbe stato carino trovare qualche prodotto in più in casa per pulire come sgrassatore, prodotti per bagno e lavastoviglie, spugne e pezze in più, ma nulla che non si possa comprare alla Decò vicina a 5 minuti di macchina.

Personalas labai mandagus ir paslaugus. Pasitikimo dovanas ypač nustebino. Labai patogios lovos. Miegamieji vėsūs ir tai pagerino miego kokybę. Puikus vaizdas iš terasos. Mažos smulkmenos suteikia jaukumo.

Paplūdimys žemai nuo kalno, bet įmanoma trumpinti kelią. Buvo momentų kai dingdavo elektra, bet skydelyje įjungus saugiklius atsirasdavo. Buvo momentų, kai nebuvo vandens, čia jau rimčiau… mums pasisekė, nes tai buvo arba vėlai naktį arba kai buvome išvykę.

Der angeführte war uns zu gefährlich...Kein Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe..
