The room was very clean and had everything you need including a little fridge and ac.
The host was super friendly and gave clear directions and instructions.
The breakfast is not really a breakfast. Whilst I appreciate the coffee machine, the food was not up to standard for a B&B.

The rooms amenities were nice. A fairly large selection of free drinks was available.
I couldn't reach the breakfast at the time, since I had no access to a car (25 minutes away on foot). Check out was a little longer than needed be, especially since I was told I had to be out of the room by latest 10:00 AM, after requesting a late checkout. In hindsight it seems a slightly later checkout could have been granted.
