De locatie was perfect gelegen aan de grens tussen de afvaart-haven en het vasteland. Op korte wandelafstand van bakker (50 m.) / tabak (om de hoek) / koffieplekjes en eettentjes (= op Via G.Lavaggi) en op 300 meter van Supermarkt Domus (n° 221) en een 'alles winkeltje' (n°226) waar we vanalles vonden voor op de boot. Na een whatsapp uur afspraak met de op dat moment op zijn-werk-zijnde-eigenaar, kregen we de sleutel in handen en een uitgebreide rondleiding van zijn moeder Maritza. Zij gidste ons persoonlijk, te voet, naar de lavanderia in de aangrenzende straat voor onze grote hoeveelheden was te kunnen doen én drogen (er is een kleine wasmachiene sur place!); ging mee naar de locale markt palaveren met een martkramer om te weten waar we op zondag namiddag toch nog een pet en hoedje zouden kunnen vinden. Ontzettend behulpzaam dus
Op voorhand weten dat het warm water in de keukenkraan op zich laat wachten.Beter direct de waterkoker gebruiken voor het afwassopje. Maar nu weet ge het!
