Great apartment and location for visiting historic Tuscan towns

Clean, comfortable, updated property with parking included.

No sidewalk from parking to building entrance, who’s is in front of the street. The bathroom could use a few hooks for towels.

Lovely apartment near Monteriggioni

We booked this for the weekend of Monteriggioni Medieval Festival, and were not disappointed. The location is good, parking lot (free) is nearby, there is a store a few minutes away by car, and the town of Monteriggioni is only 5 minutes away with the car. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. Air conditioning is in every room, so we kept nice and cool even in the heat. The washer in the apartment and the dryer were a welcome addition. And the value is amazing.

AC and the washer can get very noisy. Do not expect to wash your clothes at night. We missed something we could hang towels on in the bathroom - perhaps some hooks or a towel rack?

Amazing apartment with brand new appliances. The host even provided a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. It is the first and only Airbnb that has a dryer - which made laundry a lot easier.

The apartment building is on a busy road. When you step out of the front door, you are on the main road. So be careful especially if you have little children.

A peaceful stay in Tuscany

I had a lovely time in Castellina Scalo. The apartment was perfect for what I needed and the host was very accommodating. The apartment is a short walk from the train station, supermarket and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment and very kind host. The host left a pie and wine for us at our arrival. Also perfect if you are by car because the parking spot is free and nearby. Would recommend.

Excelent place for visiting Toscana

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was perfect for our family. It has everything one needs: washer and dryer, coffee machine with capsules, dishwasher, lots of towels, high speed internet, kitchen essentials and most of all, personality. Parking is a big plus. Claudio, our host, is very helpful and hospitable. Upon arrival, we found on the table panettone, crostata, wine, a few bottles of water and some other goodies very appreciated after a long journey. I would highly recommend this place because is very clean, comfortable and close to the main attractions in Toscana. There is no sidewalk in front of the house, so be careful when crossing the street and walking towards parking! PS. Thank you again, Claudio, you are a great person!

Home away from home!

Arrived ar property before scheduled time Claudio our host welcomed us on arrival showered us with gifts from home baking to lovely bottle local red, property was fantastic had all required for a very comfortable stay central to siena, monteriggioni and poggibonsi great location.

Ospite impeccabile, bell'appartamento e pulizia ottima

È stato molto semplice gestire l'ingresso e l'uscita, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a darci informazioni e c'è anche lasciato una bottiglia di vino biologico di benvenuto all'arrivo! Appartamento molto piacevole e pulizia impeccabile! Inoltre l'appartamento è molto vicino a Siena, in ottima posizione per visitare le attrazioni turistiche locali.

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che l'appartamento si affaccia direttamente su una strada abbastanza trafficata soprattutto in certi orari dove corrono molto per cui siamo stati costretti a tenere sempre le finestre chiuse tutto il tempo ed inoltre l'accesso in casa era un po' scomodo per mancanza di marciapiede

L’unica cosa che devo appuntare è solo la posizione a ridosso di una strada a scorrimento veloce, che trasmette alla casa il passaggio delle macchine.

Дуже чисто, є все для гарного відпочинку. Парковка рядом, велика, безкоштовна і завжди є місце.

У ванній кімнаті було трохи незручно без місця, де можна було би повісити рушники. На кухні була кавоварка, але не було кави.

Maravilloso apartamento en La Toscana

El apartamento estaba totalmente reformado, tenía todos los detalles necesarios para pasar la estancia (cafetera, lavavajillas, plancha, secador…). Las camas también eran súper cómodas, al ser tres personas, cuando llegamos ya teníamos preparado el sofá cama de la segunda habitación. Aparcamiento disponible gratuito a 1 min andando. El dueño, Claudio, fue muy amable y atento.

Bellissima Monteriggioni

Appartamento accogliente completo di tutto, ben arredato e accessoriato. Il nostro ospite, anche se non lo abbiamo fisicamente incontrato, si é reso subito disponibile per soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni: a 20 min da Siena, a 60 min da Firenze e a 1h e mezza da Pisa. Vicini anche i piccoli, ma affascinanti paesi come Monteriggioni, Chiusdino, San Gimignano che meritano una visita. Ottima la presenza di parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze e di un supermercato distante pochi metri.

Qualche appendino in bagno per gli asciugamani sarebbe piú che utile. Un poco scomoda l'uscita/entrata nella casa che dà direttamente su una strada provinciale senza marciapiede, ma nulla di insuperabile con un po' di attenzione.

Appartamento molto pulito e curato, dotato di tutti gli essenziali (biancheria per la camera, per il bagno, phon, wifi, stoviglie). Parcheggio libero presso l'appartamento. Ci hanno fatto trovare dell'acqua ed anche dei pensieri culinari di benvenuto.

Le uniche finestre si affacciano sulla strada (la cassia), quindi un po' rumorosa di notte.
