Beutiful

Lovely house, situated in a small, quiet village. Bar and restaurant is around 100m away from property. The nearest bus stop around 300-400m. Communication with Siena and Firenze is non-problematic. Owners are very nice, polite and helpful people. The nearest neighbour is a kind, polite, older lady. I personally advise to book this property for a family vacation.

Pěkné ubytování v soukromí s parkováním ihned před domem (ideální pro nakládku zavazadel). Strategická poloha u dálnice (ale klidná lokalita bez hluku!). Plnohodnotné vybavení i pro delší pobyt (pračka, myčka i kuchyňská trouba). Byli jsme spokojeni.

Poměrně úzká příjezdová cesta a otáčení na konci ulice může být obtížnější pro méně zkušené řidiče ve velkých autech.

Una chicca ai piedi dí Monteriggioni

Posizione molto comoda per visitare Monteriggioni, Siena, San Giminiano, la Val d’Orcia. In più è direttamente sulla via Francigena e permette passeggiate nel verde. Il proprio, Corrado, è stato molto cordiale e accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato in pieno inverno, quindi non abbiamo potuto sfruttare l’esterno, che sembrava una vera chicca. Cucina dotata di ogni comfort (persino la macchina del caffè con le cialde).

Casa meravigliosa dotata di ogni confort

Tutto meraviglioso come stare a casa ! Letti comodissimi e camere dotate di tutto . In cucina perfino la macchina del caffe' con cialde a disposizione e tutto perfetto . Posizione ottima in 15 min a siena a 30 da s gimignano . E poi il ristorante dell orso dove si mangia benissimo a 4 passi veri dalla casa . La casa tra laltro è su un tratto della via francigena x fare anche vere passeggiate o giri in bicicletta . Ringrazio tantissimo il proprietario!

Ottimo villino per rilassarsi e stare in tranquillità.

Il villino si trova in una posizione decentrata ma si trova a pochi metri dalla ra3 che collega Firenze a Siena. Posto molto rilassante e sicuramente in estate piacevolissimo, visto il bel patio di cui dispone. La rocca di Monteriggioni è il paese di Castellina sono vicinissimi per qualunque esigenza. La casa è comoda e spaziosa.

Gli elettrodomestici funzionanti ma un po’ vecchiotti!

L'emplacement calme malgré la proximité de la voie rapide et le restaurant typique juste à côté, l'équipement, la bouteille dans le frigo à l'arrivée.

La ubicación del lugar es perfecta, la casa está super equipada y el anfitrión es lo mas, super amable y servicial. La limpieza del lugar es impecable y tiene todo para pasar unos días y descansar muy cerca de las principales ciudades Toscanas.

בית פרטי שקט עם חניה . מאובזר , קבלו אותנו יפה . קרוב לאזורי ענין בטוסקנה . נותנים תמורה טובה למחיר . מומלץ מאוד .

היתה סתימה במערכת הביוב . ביום ההגעה . הבעיה טופלה במידית . תנור האפיה לא עבד שהגענו , קבלנו על כך מידע מיד שהגענו . לא טופל עד יום עזיבתנו . במקלחת יש בריחת מים מצינור המים . דווח לבעלים . הגיע נציג לבדוק ולנסות לתקן . אך התקלה לא תוקנה עד יום עזיבתנו .

Molto bella, nuova, fresca ( siamo a giugno), con un bellissimo spazio esterno con grill. Non mancava di niente.
