About this house rental
Apartment located in a pretty and peaceful village on the top of a hill in the Chianti area which overlooks a landscape of olive trees, vineyards and woods. The village is located in a WWF protected area "Bosco di Sant'Agnese" where the cypresses grow spontaneously.
The structural characteristics of a typical country has been scrupulously respected, creating a typical and unique atmosphere of the past. The oldest part is the 1100 AD tower. c.
There are two large parking lots in the village and there are no cars on the small streets, except for loading / unloading luggage.
Available to guests and shared with the other villagers, we have a completely enclosed swimming pool (12x6m maximum depth. 1.50m) and a tennis court (fenced) in synthetic grass.

On 2 floors, on the ground floor equipped kitchen and living room.
Upstairs bathroom and 2 bedrooms
It has a garden on 2 sides with olive trees
In front, a 6x8mt terrace lit by the sun until sunset.
Here there are chairs and deckchairs, a table with umbrella and a barbecue.
Borders the sides with other properties

We arrived to a very beautiful small village. The location was stunning and the property was very inviting. The local town is about 7 minutes drive and has everything you need.The owners were amazing and the welcome basket was just delicious.Playing tennis and swimming with views of the rolling countryside is just idyllic.

The village Il Granaio is picturesque and the view is stunning. You also have this great view in the pool and on the tennis court. The house itself has everything you need for a relaxing time, but the equipment is scatchy. There is a very good induction cooker, but the AC in the master bedroom, which is super loud and super big is cooling only one room in the house. You can't close the window, so it's a huge waste of energy!
The host Veronika was friendly, helpful and flexible.
