L'emplacement proche de la mer et des petits commerces de proximité dans un quartier residentiel. La disponibilité de l'hôte tout au long du séjour.
L'isolation thermique et phonique.La vétusté des équipements (notamment chaudière, rideau de douche,remontées d'odeurs dans salle de bain,manque de couvertures ...).L'appartement mérite une bonne rénovation pour être loué à ce tarif.
