About this house rental
The good plan: the house being 15 meters from the sea, you go out in a swimsuit with your towel and you bathe happily. For my part, I listened to the advice of fishermen who guarantee me the cleanliness of the water. Once my towel placed on the Plagette, located in front of the restaurant "At the water's edge", I swim to the lighthouse and there, wonder, all Marseille is offered to me. Of course, there are many adorable beaches nearby, Verrerie, Colombet, Samena, Coastal shelter, Pointe Rouge, but I admit that I enjoy being in the water 2 minutes from the house. We live in my husband and I, the house next to the one we rent. It is the ideal place to get together with family or friends with ease, a bit like in our children's books, "L'île aux mouettes". for example. The house has 2 terraces: 1 on the sea side of 12m2 and 1 on the garden of 15 m2. Located 15 meters from the sea, on the port of Madrague de Montredon 13008, this is a pleasant fisherman's house of 60 m2, renovated and equipped, with panoramic views of the cove, sea, Corniche, Frioul islands, Château d 'If, Our Lady of the Guard. The house has a ground floor with cupboards and a corner for bikes, and a crossing floor with the living areas: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with sea view, bathroom and separate WC. It will suit those who love calm, authenticity, simplicity and the sea.
The return of the fishing boats is a joy for all.
We bathe next to the house and take advantage of the small nearby beaches and restaurants of the small port.
At 400m, next to the chapel, bus 19 goes to Marseille and bus 20 in the calanques des Goudes.
Nearby is a natural car park, surrounded by rocks.
The place, serene and preserved, is close to the city and cultural activities.

The property owners were very responsive to our needs. Great proximity to marina and sea, but needs some updating and modern amenities. Guess this is my fault, but no WiFi in 2024? Also, I love to grill, but an electric griddle should not be listed as a grill and a front stoop is not a patio.
