L'emplacement est appréciable, près des plages, avec un super marché à côté, pas de bruit, trois chambres toutes équipées de WC et douches ou baignoire, terrasse large avec table pour le repas, équipement ménager suffisant pour des vacances au bord de mer

Very close to the beach. Everyone had their own room/space and bathroom. The place was spacious. Manager was on site and helped up park in the skinny driveway and get out of the same driveway. No problem getting back the 300 euro cash deposit that was collected upon arrival. AC worked great in the rooms that had it. One bedroom didn't have AC
Tried to get us to pay a cleaning fee that was not included on the booking details. Had to ask for towels. The ones given were very small. There was a bad odor in the bathrooms. Shower was a tight fit.

Excellent location. Large traditional French house that has been converted to two separate apartments, friendly owner who lives on ground floor, this is on first floor with separate access. Has safe off street parking, but only for a small car and you have be good at reversing.
The WiFi is less than 1Mb and not really usable with poor signal level. The fixtures and fittings are dated and decor is classic but does add to the charm of the place.
