We had a lovely one night stay in this nice and clean apartment. Everything we needed was present and the airconditioning was great. In the evening we walked along the Sarthe and saw lots of people picknicking in the park. We didn't do that, but had our breakfast in the nice outdoor area of the apartment.
The beds weren't great, but still ok. The surrounding area was ok, but not a reason to come to this place.
