La chaleur très agréable de la climatisation mise en route avant mon arrivée.
La place de parking juste devant la porte.
Cuisine très agréable et fonctionnelle.
Logement très bien entretenu et très propre.
Le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses occupants.
Possibilité de couper la VMC pour la nuit (car aspire fort).
Escalier un peu raide pour mes vieux genoux, pour monter à la chambre.
