We were self-catering, using the excellent kitchen facilities provided. The location was very convenient, both for the Co-op shop a couple of minutes walk away, and the bus stop into town and towards Penzance, outside the Co-op.

The accommodation was flawless. Spotlessly clean and really comfortable. There were some nice little touches to make our stay more enjoyable.
Location is a little out of the way from the centre of St. Ives if you had mobility issues, and it could have done with more options for cooking as you are a little limited with an air fryer and a microwave, but is was manageable.

Superb apartment, well maintained and designed, would highly recommend
Only possible down side is the access to the property via car, it’s a tight fit through the gate not helped by the cars parked opposite the entrance, not owners fault

Property is very clean and tidy, with great additions such as air fryer, coffee machine and Sky.
Great location to walk into St Ives and also go exploring the area
Great that the property has a parking spot directly outside too
Host Matthew was lovely, there if needed but if not then you won’t know he’s there.
Place has everything you need plus space for your bits and pieces
