We were not expecting the best of weekends away due to the weather but when we stepped into the flat our spirits lifted.

We were made to feel very welcome with messages, information and thoughtful treats. The flat was comfortable and fantastically designed, giving a spacious bright feel. Spotlessly clean, well presented with everything you need for your stay. Even had a spare umbrella which came in handy! Perfect base for a walk into St Ives or a drive further afield.

Lovely spot for a few nights in St Ives.

The studio flat was lovely, well equipped, comfortable bed, excellent shower, parking. Easy to get into the centre of town by walking and also to get out of town in the car.

Location of door on a bend in main road. Although there was a parking space this was a bit awkward as some cars/vans do go quite fast around the bend but it did not spoil our stay.

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment.

I had a very pleasant stay in the lovely studio apartment. It was beautifully decorated , very clean and cosy. It was a pleasure to stay there. The balcony had a sea view.

The only problem I had was entering the property as I did not pick up the e mail from Booking .com with directions and the keycode, However the owner plus people living and staying in the area were very friendly and helpful.

A gem in St Ives

The flat is a little gem. It's out of the way with a sea view that you can see from the beach. There was everything in the flat you could ever need for a comfortable stay. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was so powerful and the cleanest place we have ever stayed. And it was ideal to have off road parking.

beautifully designed interior that provides high well-being factor. The flat was actually better in real life than in the pictures and as a couples retreat, it is perfectly suited. private parking was helpful. Seaviews from 2 angles.

It’s a flat, so there can always be noise disturbance from neighbours. We lost a bit of sleep as a result of slamming doors downstairs. shower head needs to get used too. Both pressure and temperature are set too high. watch out.

The flat was really homely, well equipped and very comfortable. Clearly a lot of thought had gone into making the property perfect.

We were made aware that the front door goes straight onto the road but you did need to be careful of passing traffic.

self contained. bath as well as shower. very well supplied with crockery pans and glasses and cleaning equipment. very clean. owner responsive and gave us some money back for issue we had

small issue/ heating and hot water not working. contacted the owner-very quick response- but no plumber available. in the end we accessed boiler and sorted as the water pressure had dropped. would suggest they check pressure before each guest so problem not recurring.

A perfect little gem

It was like home from home. A spotless, beautifully presented flat with lovely little touches… even biscuits, fudge and wine which was a nice welcome. It was very obvious alot of thought and care went into making this a very comfortable stay. I will be back and will highly recommend to others. Thankyou

Very attractive, well equipped flat

The apartment is really well equipped, light and attractive. We liked seeing the see from the tiny balcony. There is a comfortable bed and excellent shower. Thoughtful touches added to our stay.

Read about sensitive neighbour and request to keep fan on for as short a time as possible, then worried when we found that fan was connected to bathroom light, so having a bath was either in the dark or with fan on. Bright sunlight woke us up early, through slatted blinds which didn't close fully to block out light

A lovely flat that perfectly suited our needs.

Beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed and with arrival gifts that were thoughtful and much appreciated. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. The parking space was a godsend and provided you have someone to help you out, driving into the space the better option.
