It was perfect for me, I was attending an art course. The view from the breakfast bar was so fabulous I spent the evenings painting it. It was close to everything and super convenient. Very quiet.

The lock boxes were a bit confusing. There were only 2 when the instructions said there were four. However, I guessed at the correct one and it worked! Everything else was amazing.

Charming decor and super comfortable bed with ironed linens. I especially liked the extra touch’s of a beach bag and information manual. It was quiet with an exceptional view.

Location was very good and not far from the station, so this allowed me to walk. The property was small so was great for one person.

The bathroom was extremely tiny and had no mirror by the sink, which was an issue.

Location, location, location. The sea and the harbor are super close. View from the kitchen. Natural light. Everything was new (but not all functioning). The owner was clear that Saint Ives has a general car parking challenge and that we would not be able to park close to the flat, this was helpful to be well prepared.

We were among the first customers and we faced multiple issues 1- the description was not 100% accurate or complete (owners corrected after my comments to him): bed is 150cm wide which was not the king size bed from booking description (owner argued it is « uk king size » but on booking it was mentioned > 181 cm wide ) , the last stairs are steep as a ladder and I struggled to lift my 23kg suitcases up to the flat and then to take them down, the bathroom is even more tiny than on the photos and if your height is above 1.75cm or if you have large shoulders you will struggle or hit your head, the flat was finally corrected to 30sq meters and not 34sq announced meaning very few space for luggage’s, no hot water at the mini sink of the bathroom, no heating working in the living room. In general not much space to move which was disappointing for a small flat, NO Netflix or prime on any of the 2 TVs while « kind of Netflix mentioned in the description ) , the stools in the kitchen are wooden and super uncomfortable 2- we lost multiple hours arguing with the owners about the issues, instead of enjoying our time on vacations, booking helped us and the owner accepted a refund of 15% or 100 gbp. Less than my expectations but it does not drive my rating or comments, i tried to help the owner to correct his description and i want to help future traveler to choose this flat with all information needed.Honestly if you are above 1.75cm height or 60 years old you might need to think twice.
