This property is about 5 minutes walk to st ives harbour, parking was relatively easy near to the property but in high season you would probably have to go further afield, its not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties, the apartment has fantastic views over the harbour and is very well equipped, just like home from home, communication was really good with the owners and id recommend this establishment.

We had a wonderful stay, we are a family of four with a 2 and 4 year old - the apartment had the most fantastic views and everything you could possibly need including toys for the kids to take to the beach. The views were incredible - and for that you do need to be prepared to walk up some steep hills! But is well worth it for that first cup of tea of the day looking out over the harbour. Can’t recommend enough and would stay again! Thank you Steve and Helena!

We had a great time in St Ives, the flat is very clean and has everything we needed (including many board games that our son loved). Also it's nice to be within walking distance from the beach, the harbour and town.Great hosts too, very easy to communicate with.

The view of the harbour is sensational. The apartment is well equipped although a dishwasher would be a brilliant addition. Bedding was lovely & soft. We liked the location also. Reasonable walk up the steps to the long stay car park (£26 for the week) where I could charge my car. Reasonable walk down the steps to town. Overall, very highly recommended.

We spent a very pleasant week in St Yves. The flat is very comfortable, quiet and well decorated. The view on the town, the Harbour and the sea is amazing. The location of the apartment is perfect, near the shops, the Harbour and the beach.

The apartment was perfect. The duvets were a little warm for this time of year. Enjoyed visiting St Ives and the surrounding national trust properties. Would recommend this property but not suitable for those that have difficulty climbing hills and steps.

The Apartment was fantastic cant fault it, excellent view point made good use of the Balcony for most of the good weather we had. The walk upgives ur legs and knees a good workout lol. Apartment was well equiped and would def stay there again.Our only downside was the plantbox seperating 2 apartments on the balcony no.privacy needs proper seperation.

We had a great week in St Ives and would definitely go back again. We had some great tips on where to go from the property owner who was exceptionally helpful. The owner was great at communicating with us before and during our stay and we felt they couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We’d definitely go back.

A beautiful flat, lovingly decorated, very clean and functional. Very close to the city and the port and beaches. You don't need a car. We always found a parking space in the car park at the beginning of Park Ave after excursions. We felt very comfortable.

We have just returned from our first visit to St Ives and totally fell in love with the place. The apartment has gorgeous views over the harbour and it’s a real treat to sit out on the balcony both first thing in the morning and in the evening, taking in the views. A quieter location and a good walk up steps to reach the apartment, but this got easier as the week went on. Within 10 minutes walk of all 3 beaches. The apartment had all we needed and we really benefitted from the courtyard which we used to dry our wet suits. It’s perfect for a family of 4 - we have two teenagers. Steve was great at communicating and the process of booking was very easy. We hope to visit again next year, a fab stay thank you

Convenient for laundry and groceries. A great view. Lots of steps to climb but everything near Town Center etc. Weather was rainy off and on, but not cold at all for October. Driving was probably very difficult. The Train station within walking distance. Nice spot to center from. Owner was very helpful. and contact was immediate with him a real plus.

Clean bright cosy apartment, modern bathroom, comfortable lounge/ kitchen with amazing views over the harbour. Felt it was ever so slightly let down by bedroom(s) which could possibly be improved upon. Double mattress was comfortable, bed frame not. The kitchen could possibly do with one or two more cooking utensils for those of us that like to cook but that's a personal preference. The host Steve was very friendly and helpful.

Small tidy 2 bed unit. Fantastic location. Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Only negative was the twin bedroom which was extremely cramped. It only had a 3 drawer unit, the bottom drawer which had towels and sheets. We were there for a week so it just wasn’t enough storage. The twin beds are not suitable for adults as way too low. Second bedroom is okay for young children but would not recommend for adults. Please note St Ives is very hilly and seems to have an abundance of steps so bear this in mind. Love this part of the world 🌹

A really lovely little apartment with all the facilities you need. The view from the living room is so fantastic that it makes it difficult to leave and go and enjoy the resort! But the apartment is well placed and handy for all amenities. It’s a bit of an uphill climb but well worth it. We loved it here.

We have just returned from our stay in St Ives. Steve’s property was perfect for what we were looking for. The apartment is spacious and comes with everything that you will need on holiday. There is a range of DVD’s for the whole family, board games, buckets and spades, body boards, and outdoor games. The apartment is perfectly located for the amazing views of the harbour. Steve is a perfect host, we got into a little situation and he sorted it out for us straight away. We would definitely recommend and would like to visit again. Thank you Steve 🙂

The view said it all for us - superb! Comfortable for 4 adults for most of a week. Bedding was luxurious. Washing machine was welcome for a week’s stay. Tea, instant coffee, milk and cookies was there for us -thanks, could have used another garbage bag, 2nd tea towel, salt/pepper, a bit more toilet paper, maybe a few sandwich bags/ wrap etc. But overall, we loved our stay and would stay again. St Ives is a gem!

Thanks Steve and Helena for a lovely stay at your apartment. Thanks for being great hosts. Really spacious, clean and well equipped. Great location to walk into the town and access to the sandy beaches. An absolutely fantastic view from the balcony made it a great place to watch the world pass by no matter what the weather. Will definitely be coming back to enjoy St Ives which is the jewel in Cornwall’s crown. Biggest complement we can pay is that if we were looking to buy a holiday home this is exactly what we would look for.
