The property was beautiful. Very clean and stylish. The tea, coffee etc was much appreciated.

It was right in the heart of St Ives and could be noisy but you had given ample warning of this and provided earplugs. This was not a problem. We were very happy with the location.

I was worried about finding the property but if you follow the directions carefully all is revealed. The wooden flower tub was essential for finding it. The location was in the heart of St Ives so a little noisy at times but mostly quiet as it was October. The place was spotless and the bed very comfortable. There are 2 coffee shops immediately below the property, ideal for breakfast if you like pastries. The toiletries supplied were very good quality. The owner has clearly thought about what someone needs and has added a few touches to make it feel homely.

There was only one teaspoon. The rest of the cutlery and crockery was great. I was worried about getting my bags there but had help from relatives staying nearby.

Modern and cleaning

There was some noise from the Main Street, however there was earplugs provided if you could not sleep

Everything felt very comfortable, clean and unique
