Excellent location, perfect for exploring St Ives, with the shops and harbour just a short walk away. Despite the central location, with the windows closed, outside noise was minimal. The accommodation was immaculately clean, with a very comfortable bed and good quality bedding. We slept extremely well. It was well equipped for both a short or longer stay. A good sized bathroom with a great shower and illuminated mirror. The complimentary tea, coffee and snacks were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. We also really liked the private entrance and decked area, with flowers around it. It was great to see the visiting birds and squirrels too. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.
