Very clean and well presented. Had everything we needed, and property was very near to family who we were visiting.
There was no name on the property so not easy to find. The bed needs a new mattress as there was a dip on both sides of the bed, making it a bit uncomfortable. However it is an ideal place for us to stay, so are very likely to book here again.

The good thing was, the studio was 15min walk from ST. Ives centre and sea side.
5 min walk was a supermarket.
The studio was very bright with lots of windows…
For a little place like that you need AC inside because the sun may came by the lunch time and when we arrived at home late afternoon or evening was still boiling… not even a single fan in the room😒The bathroom wasn’t very clean!!! the sink in the bathroom was extremely tiny just to was your hand that’s! If you was your teeth and face was always lot of water on the floor…the mirror in the bathroom way too high… not even a single hook in the bathroom to put the shower towel!!! Not even a single small shelf in the shower room to put shower gel or shampoo & conditioner… the worst part was the bed!!! the mattress was very old that you sank into it🤦♀️
me and my boyfriend we would get up every day with back pain and neck pain and still we have it… The both pillows were very old as well and uncomfortable, to be fair, for the money you pay for staying even for a short time the owner could buy a better bed & pillows. The bed sheets and covers didn’t look very fresh and clean… in the kitchen wasn’t even a single kitchen towel or paper roll. Inside the sugar pot was dirty of coffee!
Terrible hygiene 🥲definitely wouldn’t came back here again for this price! Also I didn’t see any bad reviews online about this studio otherwise I wouldn’t have booked!!!
Unless the bad ones the were all hidden!

Was disappointed to find that the studio apartment was actually in the middle of a housing estate! The road leading to it was appalling lots off huge potholes. It was clean but very basic.
