Nice cabin, good location

Location was good in St Ives, parking was available, nice cabin with everything needed for a short break.

Warning about the many large pot holes on the access road would have been nice we were ok in SUV but a lower car may struggle. It would have been nice to have had the heating on before we arrived as it had been very cold and bedding etc felt cold and damp and took sometime to warm up with the heating on full as only a small heater. Shower had hair on the wall tiles which wasn’t nice and the fridge wasn’t as clean as expected in particular the freezer compartment.

Very happy with the property....added extras such as tea bags and coffee were a bonus, plus towels provided. Yenta very kindly let us leave our car at property on the morning we checked out while we went into St Ives.

All in all it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights and convenient access to St. Ives.

Good location. 20 mins walk to the front. Longer coming back up. Good car parking space. Clean and comfortable.

Had an iron but no ironing board? (That we could find). Small sink in the bathroom had an issue with very slow flow from the plughole. Needs unblocking. Also the hot water tap from this sink came out slightly discoloured.

Lovely, friendly, quiet studio was a great base to explore St Ives

Lovely quiet spot just up the hill from town. Bed was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Had to fight with the shower a bit to get a good temperature and didn’t hold the temp but only a very minor inconvenience.

Casa studio May day bank holiday 2025

Nice room with near enough everything we needed. Parking is very limited in St Ives so this was a bonus. Enjoyed the break and St Ives itself

The road outside was very poor. Potholes everywhere. The distance to the town centre and beaches were about 15 minutes walking down a pretty steep hill. Some of the furniture could be updated as they were looking a little rusty and worn.

Was disappointed to find that the studio apartment was actually in the middle of a housing estate! The road leading to it was appalling lots off huge potholes. It was clean but very basic.

Overall we were happy with our stay and very happy with hosts.

Unit was simple but clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed for our brief stay. We found location difficult to find after dark. It would be a good idea to put name on footpath. Laneway in was very cut up however this would have been due to recent rain.
