Η τοποθεσία ήταν 5-10 λεπτά από θάλασσα/beach bar, σε ήσυχη περιοχή και στα 2 λεπτά υπύρχε στάση αστικού με σύνδεση στο κέντρο της πόλης και το λιμάνι/αεροδρόμιο. Κοντά υπήρχαν καφετέριες εστιατόρια και ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος για τις διακοπές του.
