Franks Apartments is a place, close to the beach and cosy. The rooms have a lot of space and are well equiped. Nice host, beautifil and clean beach area

I loved the hosts: the two Sofias, especially big Sofia as she is called because there are a few Sofias and thats how they tell them apart. She was so much fun - she sang with us. She was so welcoming and kind - even drove my friend to a pharmacy when she needed it!

We were very happy with this accommodation, everything was superlative, the room was cleaned every day, the staff was very kind (Sofia especially) they were always helpful with advice about the area and nearby restaurants, they gave us beach towels and helped us surprise my wife for her birthday....we went to Frank Burger in Heraklion (a family business) where we had the best burger of my life
Everything was wonderful, we will definitely come back

Pool and access to beach and beach lounges. Access to many restaurants on Main Street. Buses outside hotel
Complimentary water in room would have been a nice gesture. Offer of advice on airport/port shuttle would have been good for weary travelers.
