I will go to the same property with pleasure, if I have necessity for this.

The property is near to the lake. The village is beautiful, the restaurants are near to the property. The wi-fi was stable, no problem for work.

The door to the balcony is practically a small window and it is difficult to use the open air territory.

Comfortable, well appointed, great coffee machine and cooking facilities.

The location was excellent as it was close to shops and was a nice area

We had 3 tall men in our party and the ceiling height was challenging as well as the lower support beams but hey its an old buliding so cannot be helped

An excellent stopover if you are not taller that 1.75m

As this was a transit stop on the way from Italy to Rotterdam, the location was ideal and in the centre of a beautiful town. Parking is in a public car park about 100m away.

Headroom in the Apartment 17 is very limited for anyone over 5' 9" (1.75m)

Short, thank goodness

The ceilings were so low that I (5'7") almost hit my head on the ceiling. In order to access the balcony you had to go through a small window. The heat was on all the time and we could not figure out how to turn it off.

No privacy in the sleeping area. These are on the other side of the staircase, so separated from the rest of the apartment. ceiling links are very, very low, not suited for tall people. In one of the rooms was still underwear from the previous guest.

Es un buen piso por el precio!

La ubicación es muy buena! El estacionamiento está a 100 metros del lugar! Es cálido! El baño es muy cómodo!

Que las habitaciones estén separadas del baño ( hay que salir al pasillo público para entrar a la otra parte de piso ) el piso es ruidoso y en la cocina hay poco espacio para apoyar cosas!

Gut, es braucht unbedingt Anleitung für den Herd und mehr Küchenmaterial

Lage, Sauberkeit, Renovationszustsnd des Altbaus, Kindergeschirr

Induktionsherd ohne Anleitung sehr kompliziert zu verstehen!! Pfannen haben keine Deckel, Teekrug fehlt, und Schlafzimmer war getrennt vom Wohntrakt auf der anderen Seite des Ganges. Ein Heizkörper konnte nicht bedient werden, da die Anzeige nicht sichtbar war, weil der Heizkörper wenige cm von der Wand entfernt installiert war. Spielsachen für Kinder unter 6 Jahren wären super!

Heerlijke plek om een paar dagen de omgeving van Luzern te verkennen

Mooi oud pand en prachtig gelegen in het mooie oude centrum en vlak bij bakker en winkels en restaurants

Doordat het een oud huis is is het wel gehorig. Je kon de bovenburen horen lopen en de trap kraakt erg. Maar goed dat is ook een deel van de charme van een oud huis.

Ich würde sofort wieder bei eurer Unterkunft übernachten.

Das alte, heimelige Haus mitten in der Altstadt und gleich gegenüber von der Bäcker, bei welcher wir am Morgen gemütlich Frühstücken konnten hat uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen. Die Organisation und Kommunikation war sehr zuverlässig.

Leider ist der Kühlschrank etwas ‚brummlig‘.

Es geht sicherlich besser wenn die Verwaltung schneller reagiert hätte.

Das Apartment liegt im Altstadt Sempach, in 2 Minuten kann man zum Fuß direkt zum See laufen. Es wird sowohl Kaffebohnen für die Kaffeautomat, als auch Wasser im Kühlschrank vorbereitet.

Ein Bett hat eine schmale Matratze, die nicht dazu passt und deshalb unten auf dem Boden gefallen ist. Seit Check in habe ich Nachrichten und Fotos an Verwaltung geschickt, leider kam die Kommunikation sehr langsam und die versprochene Reparatur ist bis Check out immer noch nicht erfolgt. Außerdem bietet das Apartment zwar Wifi, aber die ist nur im Wohnzimmer erreichbar. In den beiden Schlafzimmer hat man keinen Empfang.

Locatie was ideaal als tussenstop naar Italië. Geschiedenis van het huis.

Door de ouderdom van het huis kraakt ALLES. De buren zijn zeer hoorbaar wanneer ze zich verplaatsen binnen hun appartement.

Raumausnutzung optimiert, mit moderner Infrastruktur - optimal f max. 2 Erwachsene Super Doppelbett - bequem Ruhige Lage, mitten in der Altstadt; kurze Distanz z See

für Menschen grösser 180cm wirkt der Raum (185cm hoch) eher erdrückend - gr. Risiko m. Kopf anschlagen (Der Vermieter informiert dies erst offiziell, nachdem die Buchungsbestätigung gekommen ist - dies verunsichert den Gast enorm: soll / soll ich nicht stornieren... ? Vorgehensweise ist meines Erachtens nicht korrekt) Für Kleider o.ä. (Stauraum) gibt es nichts; BadeZi/WC sehr klein, max 2 m2.

Prima voor een nachtje, mits het niet te warm is.

Mooie plek centraal in Sempach. Leuk ingericht en schoon. Wel heel laag plafond en wat onhandige indeling met een gemeenschappelijke gang tussen de woon-/badkamer en de slaapkamers. Bedden lagen heerlijk.

De airco is een mobiele airco met een slang die je uit het raam moet hangen. Totaal niet effectief helaas. Dat mag wel vermeld worden.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Idéal pour les familles. L’appartement est calme, très bien situé près de Luzerne (lac des 4 cantons, stoos….). il y a une aire de jeux au bord du lac presque au pied du logement ainsi qu’une boulangerie et un supermarché. On recommande +++

Attention à vos têtes si vous êtes grands. Comme toutes les anciennes demeures, les poutres peuvent être basses 😊

Prima weekendje gehad! Zou het zo weer doen

Authentiek huis. Wij vinden dat geweldig en nemen het kraken van de vloeren voor lief. Twee bakkers op 50 m van het appartement is ook wel lekker. Restaurantjes binnen 200 m. Dicht bij snelweg en daarom centrum Luzern binnen een kwartier te bereiken.

Viel niet tegen maar wel een waarschuwing: voor langere gasten (> 1,8 m) zijn de plafonds (te) laag.
