Az elhelyezkedés szuper, a wifi gyors és stabil. Ugyan a negyedik emeleten található a szállás, de van lift, ami modern és gyors. Van klíma, a konyha kellően felszerelt.
A klíma csak a nappalit tudja lehűteni, a szobákat nem. A klíma sokszor hangos, emiatt lehetetlen aludni mellette. Tetőtéri lakás, így klíma nélkül nyáron kibírhatatlan meleg van (30 fok volt a kulcsok átvételekor). A kanapé a nappaliban rendkívül kényelmetlen. A WC koszos volt az érkezésemkor.
