Központi fekvés, jól felszerelt konyha, ágyak mellett éjjeliszekrény lámpával, sok konnektorral, tv, személyes találkozás lehetősége a segítőkész házigazdával, saját belső parkoló, szép kert.
Kicsit nehezen járt a bejárati ajtó zárja. A konyhába vezető ajtó ha nyitva van. akkor nehéz használni a mikrót, ill. kinyitni a hűtőszekrényt. Mivel 5 személy is lakhat benne egyszerre a két szobában, abban az esetben nem lehet rendesen körülülni a nappaliban lévő nagy asztalt, ill. a fürdőszoba használatot is meg kell szervezni. (Mi csak ketten laktunk az apartmanban, így ez nem okozott gondot). Forgalmas útra néz az ablak, ami időnként zajos.
