It’s ok for the price

Great location , tall ceilings

We didn’t know it had a shared kitchen and unfortunately the walls between the rooms are paper thin( or it feels that way) . So little privacy

False Advertising: Room not an apartment

I would like to highlight all the cases so we do not leave any space for misinterpretation: Front door of the apartment is always unlocked Even after i complained about it, i was told: Look at your size, if i am not scared, how are you? Multiple people inside the rented area at the same time: the owner of the apartment lives in the apartment, furthermore, there was also a second guest. When raised i was told: this apartment is divided in 3 studio apartments (which is not what i booked). Parking: i have asked in the chat with the apartment owner about parking and i was told to call once i am reaching the area. Once there i found out that the street on which the property is located is under construction. However she insisted to illegally get the car iside the street and park it in fron of property. I didn't, from what i saw that would have ended up in my car getting lifted since people were working on the street the very next morning. AC. Although there is an AC on the property, when mentioning about wanting to use it, the owner became nervous and asked me not to. Instead she will turn off the heating. Later on, when i needed the AC, i noticed that the remote for it was nowhere to be found. Communal kitchen: as i mentioned before, because of the way the apartment is built and separated, the kitchen is communal. In the kitchen the owner was already cooking for her next day trip leaving both a smell in the apartment and a full fridge. Noise: inside the apartment we could hear each other's TV's is very bothersome for a light sleeper like myself. When raised she said that people around are having time until 10pm and after they are forced to keep it down. The noise was coming from the same apartment rented.

Charmy room close to the center

The room is in a tall, old building, giving the impression of a lot of space and it is nicely furnished. The bed is confortable. We found a parking place on Bdul Decebal and we could see our parked car from the room's window. The host, Irina, is very friendly and responsive. She was very helpful, advising us to cross the border at Turnu. We lost only 20 min versus 90 min, one week earlier, when we entered in Romania by the highway.

Not a negative point, just an advice for the future visitors: the building's door is opened by the cip card. The big key is for the room. Otherwise, Irina's instructions are self-explanatory.

An amazing place to stay in the heart of Arad City

Just an amazing place with an amazing host...love it ! The place is literally in the Arad centre city, all ammeneties / shops are there. Taxi station, tramway station very close. The room was exceptional !!! PS: I took the room photos after the 1st night stay :-))

Wonderful accomodation - great room, very comfortable bed, big bathroom, everything I needed. Access to a kitchen, coffee machine, etc. was also very valued. Large shared terrasse in a beautiful heritage building is very enjoyable. Excellent location - beautiful building - and incredibly nice host ! I recommend it with closed eyes !

Nasa iskustva sa ovim smestajem su izuzetno pozitivna. Gospodja koja nas je docekla je bila ljubazna, usluzna, na raspolaganju za sva nasa pitanja. Sam smestaj je u centru, izuzetno, izuzetno cist. Zaista nemamo nikakvu zamerku.

Gemütlich im Zentrum von Arad

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung, in eins der alten Häusern. Hohe Decken, schön renoviert. Sehr gutes Bett, mit fester Matratze. Zentral, aber nachts sehr ruhig.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Zwar bin ich mit der Kaffeemaschine nicht zurechtgekommen, aber das ist eher nebensächlich.

Bestimmt nicht nur für eine Durchreise-Nacht toll

Trotz der ungemein zentralen Lage haben wir auf Anhieb einen öffentlichen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe gefunden. Das Zimmer ist mit Bedacht eingerichtet und das Bad ist echt toll. Besonders hübsch ist der gepflegte Innenhof des großen Hauses mit zwei Balkonumgängen, von denen man in die verschiedenen Wohnungen hineingeht.

Es wäre kein Nachteil gewesen, wenn das Zimmer etwas heller gewesen wäre.

Tipul de locuință cu specific local, dar amenajată modern și util. Mobilată și decorată cu mult bun gust și produse de calitate, lenjeria de pat, prosoapele și consumabilele.

Nenechte se ovlivnit ještě neopravenou fasádou domu. Interiér pokoje vám vše bohatě vynahradí. Prostorný pokoj s vysokým stropem, pohodlnou postelí, čistota a klid nedaleko středu města.

La propreté la chambre était grande et bien équipée Il y avait la cuisine ou on pouvait avoir du thé et du café fourni

Foarte frumos

Camera este foarte mare, călduroasă și frumos aranjata. Patul foarte mare și confortabil. Baia este foarte frumoasă și mare, mi au plăcut inclusiv luminile de la oglindă super drăguțe și faptul că pardoseala era încălzită. In camera este tv cu Netflix inclus, bucătăria este la comun dar se poate folosi fara probleme, are toate ustensilele de care ai nevoie, cuptor cu microunde, frigider, aragaz etc. Poți să ți faci inclusiv ceai sau cafea. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, ne a oferit posibilitatea să spălăm și rufe dacă avem nevoie (eu am stat o săptămână) sau să folosim fierul de calcat. De asemenea am putut sa ne lăsam bagajele și chiar sa mai stam 2-3 ore după check out in bucătărie până când aveam trenul. Locația este fix în centru și ai acces la restaurante, patiserii, magazine sau mijloace de transport.

Au fost niste vecini care făceau gălăgie aproape toată noaptea, ascultau manele la maxim, vorbeau sau se certau foarte tare, lăsau televizorul pornit pe volum foarte mare până pe la 3 dimineața. Asta a fost singurul inconvenient.
