Niewielki apartament na parterze, w nie najnowszym budynku z czasów PRL, ale ... nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Odnowione i schludne mieszkanie. Przestronny pokój, ogromne, wygodne łóżko. Oddzielna kuchnia z wyposażeniem, ogromna lodówka bardzo na plus, czysta łazienka (niestety bez wentylacji). Kosmetyki do mycia, herbata w saszetkach. I najważniejsze - KLIMATYZACJA działająca i nie uciążliwa (my byliśmy w ogromnych upałach +38). Do dyspozycji pralka i suszarka. Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Aradzie. Jedyny problem to miejsce do parkowania, fuksem było pod blokiem, ale uliczka wąska i samochód stał na nieoznaczonych miejscach (na szczęście jak inne i nikt się nie czepiał).
Brak stołu z krzesłami. Półka w kuchni służyła raczej za miejsce do trzymania rzeczy niż jedzenia.

Świetna lokalizacja, czysto. Wygodne i przestronne mieszkanie, w pełni wyposażone. Na pewno będę korzystał podczas przejazdu przez Arad.
Brak kawy (możliwe przeoczenie), Ale bardzo dobra herbata.
