Locatia foarte buna ( langa Lidl, Kaufland etc, dar in acelasi timp retras fata de trafic si zona linistita ), 2 canapele foarte confortabile ( am dormit foarte bine 2 adulti si 2 copii mari de 12 si 17 ani ), am gasit absolut orice am avut nevoie in apartament, loc de parcare inclus, foarte curat. Am fost in multe locatii de-a lungul timpului si impresia a fost ca proprietarul e profesionist si chiar pune clientul pe primul loc. Fiecare loc din apartament a fost gandit in favoarea clientului. Cand mai vin in Arad nu mai caut in alta parte.
Fata de pretul achitat, calitatea excelenta. Felicitari proprietarului!

Locatie curata si linistita
Locație situată intr un bloc vechi si insalubru cu mirosuri ciudate pe casa scării , cu papuci la usa sibun sentiment de nesiguranță. O garsonieră renovata dar mica si înghesuită, cu usa pliabila de plastic la baie
