L'appartement est spacieux, les serviettes de toilettes propres, la cuisine propre, le frigo assez grand, la salle de bain super ( douche italienne pratique , et sèche cheveux à disposition, ainsi qu'une trousse de secours).
La déco est soignée et le mobilier moderne. ( lit confortable et belle table ).
Les draps n'étaient probablement pas lavés car il y avait du sang séché sur les deux taies d'oreillers. Les taches n'étaient pas visibles tout de suite car les coussins etaient retournés pour justement éviter qu'on les voient.
Il manquait également d'ustensiles de cuisine : il n'y avait qu'une seule fourchette alors que l'appartement est prévu pour deux. Les plaques à induction sont bloquées à une seule température très chaude de 9. On ne peut alors pas régler la température c'est soit sur 0 soit au maximum.
Il y avait aussi un lézard au plafond que ne nous n'avons pas réussi à déloger.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y céntrico. Tiene una parada de metro muy cerca. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos.
Se escucha mucho el ruido tanto del piso de al lado como el de arriba.

We liked that we were able to leave our luggage before check-in, that it was close to the Porta Romana metro station, and that the neighborhood is nice.

The location is very convenient, just a 4-minute walk from the metro station and about 20 minutes on foot from the Duomo. The apartment is spacious and located in a well-maintained building. There are also nice cafés nearby where you can easily get breakfast, as well as restaurants.
However, there are several important drawbacks. The mattress was uncomfortable, and sound insulation was a major issue — we could clearly hear noise and conversations from the neighboring apartments, which often disturbed our sleep. There was no duvet cover, only two sheets provided. The bed linen and towels did not feel very fresh. The provided toiletries were insufficient, with only one large bottle of shower gel available.
In addition, all cleaning products were stored under the bed, which gave an unclean impression. There was no proper holder for toilet paper, and no hooks for towels were available next to the sink.
