Evin yüksek tavanlı olması, genişliği gayet iyi. Temiz ve düzenli, Mutfak ve banyodaki tüm ihtiyaç ürünleri düşünülmüş ve kullanıma sunulmuş. Metro istasyonuna 5dk. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Hatta isterseniz Duomo Meydanı'na yürüyerek 20-25 dk.da ulaşabilirsiniz.
Sadece evin her iki penceresinin de arka sofaya açılıyor olması evi biraz karanlık yapıyor. Ancak evde pek vakit geçirmiyorsanız bu da bir sorun değil tabi ki.

La ubicación y la comodidad del apartamento.
El apartamento se ubica en una zona de bajas emisiones (área C). Ello conlleva que tienes que pagar una tarifa diaria para entrar en este perímetro (4,50 €, si lo compras en un garaje cercano; más caro si lo compras en un estanco). Imposible aparcar en la calle, lo que requiere dejar el coche en un garaje. Nadie te avisa de esta situación. En el apartamento no había microondas. Tampoco cortinas. Tuvimos problemas para entrar en el edificio, porque estaba cerrado. Te envían un video en que te muestran que el edificio está abierto y cómo acceder a un cajetín con las llaves, pero el edificio estaba cerrado y tuvo que abrirnos un vecino.
