Schöne Wohnung im 7. Stock, gute Lage und Ausblick auf den Dom.

Wer eine liftphobie hat, sollte nicht dieses Apartment nehmen. Sehr enger und altertümlicher Lift… aber 7 Stockwerke zu Fuss, auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Es war nur ein Geschirrtuch vorhanden und kein “Wettex” ..

Die Einrichtung des Appartements hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist prima. Fussläufig sind in wenigen Minuten verschiedene U- und Strassenbahnhaltestellen erreichbar. Es gibt zwei Balkone. Besonders den Balkon zur Nordseite haben wir geliebt. Man sieht über die ,mit wunderschönen Dachgärten geschmückten Dächer, mit Blick auf den Dom und die Alpen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr professionell und problemlos.

The area felt safe and there are cafés, shops and a metro station nearby. The apartment is a good size and clean with all necessary facilities.

The entry system from the street is a bit awkward (buzzer press and tapping link on your phone) and sometimes needed several tries to get it to work. The apartment is seven floors up and definitely not accessible for anyone with mobility issues . There is one lift but it is VERY small. This could be a problem for anyone who is claustrophobic and if the lift was to break down you need to be very fit to climb seven flights of stairs. We had a slight issue with a toilet flush.

La situation géographique, bel appartement fonctionnel.

Nuisances sonores de la rue (malgré le 7ème étage), nuisances des canalisations des toilettes, bruit des voisins, et pour tirer la chasse d eau, c est une sorte de robinet !
