The Appartment is very good situated as it is only 5 minutes to the metro. The host was super and even reacted fast when we had a problem around midnight. He was very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning saved our lives. It was very quiet as the Appartement is located in a backyard. Near the Appartment you find a swimming pool (bagni misteriosi 7 minutes walk), a supermarket (5 minutes walk and restaurants and bars (within 10 minutes walk as well as the metro and a tram.
As the bed is situated on a second level in the Appartement it is too hot (even with the ac) to use it. We slept on the sofa bed which was comfortable. Keep in mind that there is only one big pot and one big pan. But there is sufficient cutlery and plates for 6 people.

אנשים כותבים שהכניסה מסובכת וכמו מבוך, ממש לא.. הצאק אין מאוד ברור וקל כל עוד צופים בסרטון שהם שולחים לפני. הדירה עצמה מתוקה ונוחה, המים במקלחת חמים והחימום עובד טוב. באזור שקט ובמיקום טוב ממש 5 דקות הליכה לתחנת מטרו. יש מספיק סכום וצלחות.
המחיר שמופיע בבוקינג לא תואם למחיר הסופי, תוסיפו בערך עוד 70 אירו למחיר הכולל (אחרי שאתם מזמינים בשביל לקבל את ההוראות לצאק אין אתם מחויבים לשלם עוד מיסים).

Muy buena ubicación y muy luminoso
Tuvimos un problema con la puerta que no cerraba bien y nos fuimos dos veces del apartamento jugándonosla dejándola abierta prácticamente. Sí que es verdad que nos lo solucionaron en cuanto lo dijimos. La mampara de la ducha estaba descolgada y se salía el agua al no poderse cerrar bien. El aire acondicionado no nos dejó dormir del ruido tan horrible que hacía y no podíamos estar encendiendo y apagando porque el mando estaba sin pilas.
