Cet appartement est superbe et bien décoré, situé au 4eme étage avec ascenseur, à quelques minutes en tram du Duomo dont un arrêt est face à l’immeuble ancien et plein de charme avec un joli jardin intérieur. Le lit est très confortable. La salle de bain est neuve. De plus, Marco le propriétaire est adorable. Ses explications nous ont aidé à trouver un très bon restaurant un dimanche soir. Il a accepté aussi un départ matinal. Marco parle très bien l’anglais et ça nous a permis d’échanger sans difficulté. Bref un amour de propriétaire. Après la veille à Matera, le test d’un appartement avec boîte à clé, on préfère nettement connaître le propriétaire. À noter que dans la journée on entend le bruit de la rue mais la nuit tout s’arrête, et il n’y a pas de problème pour dormir d’autant plus que l’appartement est bien climatisé. Grâce à la proximité de l’appartement du centre ville, on a pu assister à un concert à la Scala. Un rêve trop court !

Pour dire quelque chose mais ce n’est pas grave : le parquet grince, résultat d’un vieil immeuble.

Nagyon kedves segítőkész Marco, adott tanácsokat a közlekedéshez, személyesen adta át és vette át az apartmant. Tiszta, igényes, légkondi és tv is mindkét szobában, nagy hűtő fagyasztóval! Klassz?

Whether you have expectations or not sometimes you can be realy amazed with accommodation. And it's not only the apartment itself but also the host. Such a pleasant person willing to help by anything, answering on your massage in few seconds, always available in few minutes (because he lives two floors below)... And the apartment was also great! Everything is new and sophisticated. Super clean and practical. In the center of the city (tram station in front and after two minutes walk you are four minutes from Duomo by metro). Paid parking is also available with lots of spare places and the whole area is super safe since police is across the street. Milan is great to visit, but I think that Marco and his apartment made our stay unforgettable.
