Cosy Cottage to Relax or Explore

Very, very comfortable ideal for just the three of us ideal for going to the wedding that was just up the road from there and to go and see our friends in Norfolk it was perfect

Gary cozy uncomfortable lovely for the time we were there a little shop round the corner that was great then we could get bits if we needed them and of course the newspaper

Very clean, beds were very comfortable indeed. Well equipped in kitchen

Steep stairs which are open on one side. Bathroom basic - shower curtain could do with replacing Garden area needs a good tidy & outdoor furniture needs replacing Wall plaster on staircase was dropping off onto carpet ! Had to vacuum up several times due to excessive amount large stain on carpet in dining area Parking difficult very narrow street glad our car was medium size

Ruime woning met goede ruimtes.

Trap is stijl en van huis uit uitgelopen. Pas op met de voordeur anders stoot je je hoofd bij het naar binnen gaan.

Communication was clear and on time, with plenty of instructions. The location is good for getting the Harwich ferry. The property was clean.

The house feels like it could do with some upkeep; the stairs are quite spongy and uneven which was a little scary when taking a newborn up and down. The furniture is a bit shabby and the walls need a new lick of paint. The mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and the house was really stuffy; some fans in the summer would be a good idea. We requested a cot which was apparently approved but we didn't get any extra communication about that (as far as I can recall). Parking on the road is a bit of a nightmare so prepare for a bit of a walk. Good to keep in mind if you have lots of stuff, as we did.
