Lovely and clean and in a great location. Our little grandson loved the ducks and squirrel that came to visit us daily.

Was as expected and was to the standard I was looking for, very happy, clean and easy to find.

No on site store like other caravan park sites, but no fault of the provider of the home.

Great Static, communication with the host was really good. Very comfortable and would stay again.

Kelly was great and very helpful in finding the location of the caravan and adding a late checkout I didn't realise I hadn't paid for. Quiet area of the site which was good for my autistic son. Easy to get to Colchester and Clacton.

Unfortunately, there were some issues with the cleanliness of the caravan. It appeared there was a dog in there and the floor wasn't vacuumed well as my son has allergies so after half an hour playing on the floor he was covered in hair and itching. So I had to give him an antihistamine and a shower then hoover the place before even starting the holiday. Then there was other small things like a baking tray still had grease on it and just left in the cupboard, bins in bathroom and on the decking weren't emptied. Just below expectations. However, I recognise this isn't the fault of the owner but the cleaning company used.
