The caravan was in excellent condition. It was clean, spacious and well stocked. It also had a nice decking area.
The campsite it was on was very nice too: green, clean and the caravans were well spaced out.
The previous occupants had left a dish of cigarette butts on the decking table (despite the van supposed to being non-smoking) which hadn't been cleared away. We took them to the bin.

The location was great for where we needed to be and easy to access and comfortable
The single beds are very small (as per most static caravans)
The kitchen facilities were VERY limited with limited utensils and equipment. Cooking meals would be difficult. There was no dish cloth to wipe down surfaces etc
