The park was lovely and quiet and not far to get to Clacton etc also by train as a very short walk to the station. Everything you needed for your stay

The back of the caravan under the pine trees which makes it very dark and you cannot help bringing the droppings from the trees inside and cannot be helped. The seating in the lounge a bit worn and material torn If accepting dogs may be an idea to put a gate on the front so it is enclosed

Perfect for a 1-night stay near family in the area.

Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Living space much bigger than i had expected

It was very close to where we needed to be for a wedding. The caravan park was very quiet with friendly neighbours and plenty of parking. Everything worked in the caravan.

It smelt like vomit/urine/a care home. Luckily we only needed to spend a few hours in the property but the smell was unbearable. We sat outside to relax as the sofa must be the source of the smell. The bed was knackered and you could feel the springs. No towels. When we booked we filtered to places with air conditioning and this came up. This was actually just a portable fan. Very misleading. The hosts after I booked did tell me this when I asked but we’d already booked at this point and options were limited so we went ahead. Very hot. Also no way to pay the pet fee through booking.com which is frustrating when you require an invoice.
