The location was perfect for us, not loud at all, right on a canal, and we walked everywhere (except Murano obv.). We liked how easy check in was. The refrigerator was a nice appliance to have in the room.
The air conditioning didn’t really work. It was more of just a fan; the room didn’t get cooler. The Bidet was broken and that was a let down; they need to fix the water pressure so guests can use it. You have to ask for the WiFi password in advance, it is not found anywhere on the property or in the room.

The location! Overlooking the quiet canal, surrounded by locals. So, so quiet at night, and yet a 15 minute walk from San Marco et al.
The room was large and extravagantly decorated, and didn’t feel dated. The hotel itself was very quiet, too.

We actually didn’t like much besides the location that was lovely and a quieter than San Marco.
The queen bed is actually two twin bed strapped together. It is impossible to take a shower without water spilling everywhere. The AC doesn’t work and the employees are no help for trying to fix it. The refrigerator doesn’t work.
