Location is perfect. Close to everything but apart from the crowded streets. Price was affordable comparing to others.
The water pressure was weak. There was one blanket only for two persons and one towel only per person.

Inexpensive place to stay in centre of Venice. Very quite area and didn't hear any other guests Beds were super comfy. Nice ceiling fan to keep.it cool. Did the job for our short stay
Being messaged the day before check out and early morning of the day of check out to keep remind me check out was 10am. Carpets were filthy. Shower was not secure.

Beautiful view
The big light on the ceiling didn’t work and it got really really hot inside

Very close to everything.. at night the area is very quiet.
The carpet in the rooms and the smell was dingy, I’d recommend they can change the pillows very flat.
