Perfecto!! este lugar es perfecto, muy buena ubicacion, la habitacion recien renovada con todo nuevo o muy bien mantenido, tienen hervidor, cafetera, incluso para planchar la ropa! muy grande y perfectamente cómodo. Claudio fue encantador incluso antes de llegar nos ayudó semanas antes con documentos que olvidamos en casa, sin duda volveremos.

La posizione perfetta sia per chi visita la biennale sia per chi invece preferisce visitare la città ( pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ) Vicino alla struttura ci sono molti ristoranti e bar ma al tempo stesso la struttura si trova in una via tranquilla con una bellissima vista. Camera spaziosa con tutti i comfort Visti i prezzi di Venezia ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile ed estremamente disponibile e attenta ai dettagli e alle esigenze dei clienti ( sì vede che sono esperte del mestiere) Pulizia

We stayed for 3 nights in this apartment in Venice. I must say the location was brilliant! Close enough to everything but was very quiet at night. The rooms were very clean and the host Claudio was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
