Palazzo Schiavoni Residenza d'epoca & Suite-Apartments

The location was wonderful, it was quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast was not great, the second bed in the twin room was a camp bed meaning it was not as comfortable as the rest.

Small and friendly facility on the quiet side of Venice, yet it was only a 10 minute walk to St. Mark's and the Doge Palace. We splurged and got the top floor 2 bedroom apartment with 3 outdoor areas ( 2 balconies and one rooftop deck). Our favorite activity was to sit on the rooftop deck and snack and relax. It felt like we were the only people in Venice with the deck's sweeping view of Venice rooftops. It was fun to watch a mother seagull feeding her 3 baby chicks on a neighboring roof. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were elegant with luxurious touches such as robes and slippers. A/C provided welcome relief. The apartment has two identical bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends of a hallway with a kitchen area off of the hallway in the middle. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Private taxi will drop you off just in front of the building. This is well worth the price for convenience, but also a truly grand and special way to enter Venice from the airport. The hotel arranged pick up for us.

The only downside was the rain on our 3 days in Venice. We didn't get to enjoy our deck as much as we would have liked.

Loved the location, spaciousness, design, modern bathroom and kitchen. Lovely, lovely place! it was in a very central place, 5min walk to Piazza San Marco or the vaporetto, while also much more quiet than expected.

Everything was great. maybe the breakfast price was a bit too steep.

You have to pay for regular cleaning. The beds aren’t very comfortable. The shower and bathroom is quite small. The only reason to book it would be the location. The amenities and comfort isn’t great.
